Yesenia Z. Carrillo

Yesenia Color Photo - 2015Yesenia Z. Carrillo handles employment law and litigation. She represents employers in administrative proceedings before the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, Department of Industrial Relations, Cal OSHA, the Department of Labor and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, among others. Yesenia has extensive experience in conducting workplace investigations for employers including; complaints of misconduct in the workplace, company policy violations, hostile work environment, sexual harassment, abusive conduct, sexual battery, rape, and violations of wage and hour. Yesenia’s native language is Spanish, allowing her to relate to Spanish speaking clients and witnesses in a very personable and effective manner. She also conducts trainings on labor and employment law issues in both English and Spanish. Ms. Carrillo received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law.
