Jason L. Dunbar

Jason Dunbar is an experienced litigation paralegal based in California’s Central Valley, with over ten years in the legal field, including more than five years focused on Labor and Employment Law. He provides skilled litigation support through detailed data processing and analysis, preparation of written discovery, and coordination with outside organizations and courts. Jason also manages a range of day-to-day legal operations, including filing documents and maintaining firm calendars.

He has contributed to favorable outcomes in a variety of legal matters, from processing large volumes of employee data in PAGA and class action cases to preparing discovery in individual discrimination claims. His experience spans working with clients of all sizes, including family-owned businesses, agricultural operations, and multinational corporations. He regularly assists with matters before state and federal courts and agencies such as Cal/OSHA, the DIR Labor Commissioner, WCAB, EEOC, and ALRB.

Jason holds a degree in Business Administration – Management from Fresno State University and is a licensed California Notary Public. He has worked in both small boutique law firms in the Fresno area and at one of the nation’s leading Am Law 100 firms. Before his legal career, Jason served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2008 to 2012, where he earned two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals (NAMs).

Outside of work, Jason serves on the Board of 22 Mike (also known as “22’s Militia”), a Central Valley-based nonprofit supporting local veterans. In this role, he helps organize community fundraisers, coordinates outreach events to connect veterans with mental health services and contributes to strategic planning to expand the organization’s impact.
