Stephanie J. Landeros

Stephanie Landeros is a dedicated and results-driven attorney who has a strong background in litigation, regulatory compliance, administrative hearings, and advocacy along with 21 years of civil service experience in California.

Ms. Landeros focuses her practice on labor and employment law defense, representing employers in workplace-related disputes, and compliance matters. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Landeros served with the California Department of Motor Vehicles as a Driver Safety Manager and Driver Safety Hearing Officer. In these roles, she supervised hearing officers, conducted administrative hearings, analyzed and applied California statutes and evidentiary rules, and issued legally sound decisions affecting driving privileges.

She earned her Juris Doctor from San Joaquin College of Law in Fresno, California, where she received the prestigious Witkin Award in First Amendment Law, and received the Ernest S. Kinney Trial Lawyer Memorial Scholarship. Ms. Landeros graduated summa cum laude from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a minor in Criminology.
